We launched International Sous Vide Day (#ISVD) a decade ago with a mission to cultivate a global community of sous vide aficionados. Since then, we’ve welcomed thousands of guests to our gatherings to savor flavorful bites, sip sous vide cocktails, and discover the culinary innovation behind the world’s best cuisine.
