Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Delaware state law governs the interpretation of this Policy and applies to claims for breach of them regardless of conflict of laws principles. Both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in courts sitting in New Castle County, Delaware. Both parties waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.
