Signature Kitchen Suite Adds More Sous Vide Appliances

The luxury appliance brand debuted a smaller version of its acclaimed Dual-Fuel Pro Range as well as two rangetops.

Signature Kitchen Suite made water-bath waves a few years ago when it launched the first range featuring sous vide capability built in. Now, this year the luxury brand from LG has debuted a more compact version of the groundbreaking appliance, as well as several other additions to its high-end collection.

“Signature Kitchen Suite embraces the idea that better cooking is possible through better thinking, and nowhere is this more evident than in our 2020 culinary portfolio, where our appliances incorporate purposeful design and professional-grade features to help transform the functionality of today’s home kitchen,” said Zach Elkin, the brand’s general manager, in a press release.

Signature Kitchen Suite’s 48-inch Dual-Fuel Pro Range debuted to wide acclaim. As Sous-Vide magazine reported: “In 2018, it won multiple Red Dot Awards for design. Additionally, the range was recognized at the 2019 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show with a Best of KBIS – Kitchen Gold award, as well as Kitchen Product of the Year in Kitchen & Bath Business’ 2018 Product Innovator Awards.”

The new 36-Inch Dual-Fuel Pro Range (UMRP $9,999) contains four gas burners, a steam-combi convention oven, and an 800W sous vide module. While the brand’s original 48-inch model (UMRP $14,499) contains two ovens—at 2.7 and 5.2 cubic feet—the newer smaller model contains one at 6.3 cubic feet.

Also new to the lineup is the 48-inch Pro Rangetop (UMRP $5,499) and a 36-inch Pro Rangetop (UMRP $4,499)—both featuring built-in sous vide. Both ranges are coming soon, according to the brand’s website.

And, as consumers have come to expect from luxury house appliances, the new products are all able to connect to WiFi and an app for iPhone/Android.
